I'm not predisposed to think counseling is a bad...
Why do people even think counseling is bad? Everytime I hear about some psychotic bitch who has a tragic past I ask the storyteller, “Did she get counseling for her issues?” When they say no, as typically happens, that’s when I start to slander them for being ridiculously stupid.

Because things clearly aren’t working and I’m not equipped to deal well with an individual who shuts off emotionally when trying to talk through things. We will see if he’s at all receptive to the suggestion.
